“ストロークのスピードとショットスピードの関係”を意識した事がありますか？
こんなものは意識するものじゃない！と思う人も沢山いると思いますが私は不器用なので時よりこのバランスが悪くなります。
ストロークとは？
フォームに入り撞点を狙い自分が撞くまでキューを前後に振り狙いを定める動作。
ではストロークのキュースピードはどれくらいの速さにすればいいのか。
これは難題です。
そして解釈はいろいろあります。
私の場合を書きます。
私思うのはストロークスピード≠ショットスピードという事。
多種多様なショットスピードがありますが私が思うに人それぞれ、再現性をもって撞くショットスピードには個人差こそありますが限界があると思うんです。
（ブレイク以外のプレイでのショット）
その限界がその人の再現性をもって撞くショットスピードのＭＡＸになるはず。
で、もう一つ重要なのがほとんどの場合ストロークのスピードよりショットスピードの方がスピードが速くなるという事。
でショットスピードには限界がある。
って事はショットスピードを決めるのはストロークスピードになると私は思うわけなんです。
となりますとショットスピードとストロークスピードの関係は大変重要になってきます。
思いっきりシバイてブレイクしたいからといって（再現性のないシバキブレイクはお勧めしませんが）ストロークのスピードを早くしてもショットスピードのＭＡＸにはなりません。
かといってＭＡＸのショットスピードを出すために超遅いストロークスピードにしてもＭＡＸのショットスピードは出せません。
ではどうすればよいのか？
自分のＭＡＸのショットスピードを出せるストロークスピードのバランスを自分自身で導き出さなければならないと私は考えます。
自分自身でストロークスピードとショットスピードの関係性を導き出せばショットのどのタイミングで自分の力を乗せればよいのかも感じます。
しかしこれは撞く方本人でなければわかりません。
そしてショットが千差万別のようにストロークスピードも千差万別。
でもストロークスピードとショットスピードの関係性がわかってくるとストロークのスピードは一定になるとは言いませんがある程度のスピードの範囲におさまります。
そして安定してきます。
車で言うと40キロを出すためにはどれくらいアクセルをふめばいいの？50キロでは？60キロでは？みたいなものです。
どれくらいアクセルを踏めば何キロになるかは普通車と軽四でも変わりますし男性か女性かにもよるし本人にしかわからないのです。
車はスピードメーターを見ながらアクセルを踏み導き出します。
やり方さえわかればどの車でもある程度の踏み方で安定します。
しかしビリヤードにはスピードメーターなんて便利なものはありません。
キューによっても変わりますし男女でも変わります。
時にはテーブルによっても。
私がッスンをして教えれる事は惜しみなく教えます。
しかし教えられる側が自分で導き出さなければならない事も沢山あります。
私はそのお手伝いをすることは可能ですが本人に成り代わる事は出来ません。
私は未だに自分で何かを導き出すために練習をします。
再現性で大切なのは“根拠”。
自分で練習して出来ない事が出来るようになったら根拠を探す。
いわゆる“ポイント”です。
それも一つではないから厄介なんですけどね（＾＾；
練習で同じショットを同じように撞いて入ったりは入らなかったりネクストが出たり出なかったり繰り返しではなかなか再現性は求めれません。
失敗したら違う方法で挑みそれでも失敗したらまた違う方法でチャレンジ！
もちろん目的を持ってですよ！
同じ事を同じように練習してても結果は同じ。
教えてもたっら事で答えが出る時はそれを身に付け、できない時は自分自身でいろんな方法を考えて、試して、感じてそれでも上手くいかない時は何度でも聞いてください。
そして一緒に解決して前に進みましょう（＾＾）

レッスンは教える側と教えられる側の信頼関係も大事になってきます。
まずは私疑問をぶつけて私の話を素直に聞いて試してください。
しっくり来なくても。
しっくり来ないから聞いてるんですから。
他の方法を知るには自分以外の人に聞くのが一番です。
あなたの身近にプロがいるならその人にレッスンしてもらうのが一番です。
そうして前に進むのです。
今日書いたことは私自身のは話でもあり誰でも陥る事です。
そして意外と気が付かないこと。
