けっこう見逃しがちですが大事なものがあります。
『ルーチン』
ルーチンとは決まった習慣、習慣的になったもの。
ビリヤードで言うと自分の順番が回ってきて椅子から立ち構えに入るまでの事。
自分の場合は椅子から立ちテーブルを見回し現状を組み立て右手でチョークを付け構える前にブリッチのすべりを確認するために２、３回素振りをし構えに入ります。
これは誰かにこうしろと言われて作ったのもではなく自分が決めた一つの決まった動作です。
調子が悪くなるとまずここから確認します。
調子か良い時は無意識にこの動作が出来ます。
それは普段から意識してるからです。
大事な場面で緊張すると早く撞きたくなったり、時には失敗続きでどうしていいかわからなくなったり周りが見えなくなったります。
そんな時に頼りになるのがルーチン。
深呼吸してルーチンをしっかりとる。
そして自分を落ち着かせ構えに入る。
要するにいつもの様に撞く状態を作るのに大事な動作。
もちろん試合の時も大事なんですがもっとも大事なのは練習してる時にきっちりルーチンをとること。
練習の時はついつい撞くことに集中しすぎてパッパパッパと撞いてしまいます。
それは賛成できません。
一回一回椅子から立ってとは言いませんがせめて一歩手前からテーブルを見てチョークを付けて、そこからしっかりルーチンをとり構えに入ってください。
面倒でも。
大体そうなんですが面倒なことをハショッテ何かをしようとすると失敗する確立が多いです。

ここで疑問が。
『ルーチンってどう作るの？』
はい、いい質問ですね（池上先生風に）
答えは・・・
自分で作ってください。
どんなルーチンにするかは人それぞれ。
つまりは自由です。
この話を聞いて『自由ならどうでもいいじゃん』と思うならそれもいいでしょう。
でもルーチンを作ってみようと思うなら自分なりのルーチンを作ってください。
そして自分なりのルーチンを決めたならせめて半年は続けてください。
何度かブログに書いてますが、どうでもいいと思う人とやってみようと思う人は時間が経てば経つほど差が開いていきます。
その差すら気が付かない人もいますが・・・
まぁそんなのは置いといてルーチンがいかに大事か考えるきっかけになればと思って書いてみました。
成果、結果はすぐに出ませんが一つの基準が出来るのは間違いありません。
基準、基本があってのオリジナルです。
先にオリジナルを追いかけるとなかなかたどり着けません。
基本をしっかり身に付けてください。
