カッコいいタイトルにしてしまいましたが八割とか80%とかって安全なMAXだと私は思うんです（＾＾）
100％のことが出来ればそれにこした事はないと思うんですが100％で成功させるってなかなか難しいと思うんです。
私自身の経験なんですが強いブレイクを完成させようとしてしていつも力一杯100%の力でブレイクの練習をしていた時期がありました。
でもやっぱり満足出来る結果になる確率は低いんです。相当低いんです。
で、80%の力でブレイクをすると満足出来る確率が上がるんです。
目一杯の力でのブレイクはパフォーマンスとしてなら見せ物としていいのでしょうけど、やっぱりゲームになりますとそれでは何の役にも立ちません。
やっぱり８０％が安全なMAXになると思います。
ちなみに私の場合はその時の100％の力のブレイクを安全なMAXにする為に普段の練習では120％の力（実際にはならないのですが）でブレイクをする練習をしてました。
要するに100％の２割減の力（８０％）が安全なMAXならば普段は100％の２割増の力（120％）で練習する事で120％を2割減しても以前の100％になるという計算です。
これは押し、引き、ひねりもそうです。
MAXを上げる事で以前のMAXを安全なMAXにする練習です。
やりすぎでしょうか（＾＾；
普段ビリヤードすると時も100％目一杯ではショットしません。
状況によっては目一杯の力でいきたくなる事もありますがそれだと完全なギャンブルショットになってしまうので控えてます（＾＾；
目一杯の力で撞くと沢山回転がかかったりブレイクの手球のスピードが目一杯早くなると思われがちですが私の見解はそうでもないのではないのかと思います。
私が思う原因は主に２つあると思います。
- タイミングがとりにくい。
- 思った撞点を撞きにくい。
で、この２つの原因の原因は『力み』です。
力むと筋肉が一気に固くなりスムーズに動かない、よってキュースピードが思ってるほど上がらない、そして力みから余計な部分に力が入り動きがブレて思った撞点がズレてしまう。
これが全ての原因ではないとは思いますが私の見解は上に書いた通りです。
気持良くは撞けるのかもしれませんが結果は気持の良いものになりません。
では目一杯ではなく八割だったらどうなるのでしょう。
タイミングは目一杯の時よりもとりやすくなり、撞点も目一杯撞く時より正確性があるのではないのでしょうか。
これが私のとっての“八割の美学”です
となれば必要ならば安全なMAXを八割でいくと定め、そこまで必要がない時は割合が下がる。
そうなるともっとタイミングがとりやすく撞点の正確性も増すのではないでしょうか（＾＾）
こんな風に考えれば好循環になりますな（＾＾）
でも厚い目の球で大回しになりますとどうしてもキュースピードや回転力が必要になったりします。
配置の状況で仕方ない時もありますが厚い目の大回しは難しいです。
そうならない為にはハッキリした“フリ”が必要になります。
だから“フリ”にこだわるんです私は。
これは定石ですが、手球を動かす必要がない時は厚い目にポジショニングし手球を動かしたい時は厚目にポジショニングしない。
もちろんフリも考えた上でですよ。
厚みとフリの兼ね合いとパターンを理解出来れば力加減は極端に強くも弱くもなりません。
大体は無理のない力加減で撞いていけます。
安全なMAXを八割と考えた上でですよ。
100％を知り80％でこなす。
私的にはシャレた考え方だと思います（＾＾）
そういえば食事も“腹八分目”なんて言いますよね（＾＾）
これも満足出来る安全なMAXなのかもしれませんね（＾＾）
